Got Gout? Then Salt It Out!

Because these high protein vegetables are rich in magnesium and other vital minerals salts they also help eliminate toxins that cause inflammation.

The good news is you don’t have to eliminate gout foods, but simply eat less of them and substitute a few other nutrient rich food sources. Your body has an “inner intelligence” and given the right stuff is able to cure your gout pain and prevent the painful swelling.

So what causes the pain?

The build up of acidic waste (uric acid) harden into sharp, needle shaped crystals that trigger your gout pain attacks. These sharp needles work their way between your joint spaces and eventually do damage to your nerves, tissues and cartilage.
