Top 7 Gout Triggers That Threaten Your Health

While Hyperuricemia or gout can be triggered by multiple factors, there is always one main cause of gout, that’s why it is so important that you get all the facts before you start taking any more medications.

If you are on any prescription medication right now, you must see your doctor before stopping. But if you are like most people, your gout pain keeps coming back because the medications used do NOT address the root cause of gout.

To help you narrow it down, I’ve made a list for you. This list represents some of the primary reasons why when drugs don’t work, natural remedies do:

1) Stress, has been proven to negatively affect your body, through depletion of minerals and nutrients and the production of adrenaline and stress hormones (steroids). Stress can also weaken your immune system, change blood sugar levels and raise your uric acid levels dangerously high. Drugs tend to add to the stress by dehydrating your organ tissues and depressing neuro-pathways and block nutrient and mineral absorption. Natural remedies can address this.

2) Eating the wrong foods, the order you eat certain foods, the time you eat food and how much you eat, directly affects your health. There are processed foods that weaken your digestive system, which in turn weakens your immune system which can in turn allow gout attacks and other ailments to take root. Medications cannot replace what good food does. Natural remedies use functional superfoods that can transform your health quickly, easily and safely.

3) Being over weight, as every one knows puts you at risk for all types of trouble. Sometimes being over weight is a metabolic imbalance, sometimes it’s because of the wrong foods or the lack of the right ones. Medicine does not help balance this problem, but often a natural remedy for one thing will automatically balance another.

4) Sugar, especially refined sugar, causes many of the problems modern society suffers from. Too much sugar triggers inflammation which is the underlying cause of most every disease known. Americans consume more sugar than anyone else does, that is why we are plagued by high blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease, not to mention all the immune system issues we suffer from as a society, like gout. Natural remedies can help support normal uric acid levels and provide essential nutrition that sugar consumption often depletes.

5) Antibiotics, today antibiotics are over used. Albeit at times they are a good thing to use no doubt. The word anti-biotic means against-life and that’s what they do . . . they wipe out all organisms in your body, including the good ones.

Many people suffer from gout problems caused from the imbalance of healthy microorganisms that are necessary for good digestion and an effective immune system. Plus, most people who receive antibiotics already suffer from a weak immune system. Natural remedies can help re-establish your natural defense system.

6) pH balance is as important as a healthy body temperature, too high is bad too low is bad. Everything listed above affects your pH by increasing acidity. Bacteria, viruses and cancer cells thrive in an acidic environment as well as uric acid crystals. The more acidic your body fluids the less oxygen your body has. Your cells create acid wastes normally carried out in your urine. Low pH or high acid levels promote Gout as well as hardening arteries and inflammation of joints and tissues.

7) Low electrolyte levels (minerals) are caused from drugs, poor diet and inactivity. Natural remedies address this problem by nurturing normal mineral levels like calcium, potassium, magnesium and others.

Hi, I am an R.N.; However, I decided that I am suffering with Gout, and am having a terrible time with my left large toe swelling and hurting me terribly!
Knowing quite a lot of Medical things; I discovered that I knew Nothing about Gout! This section has helped me Immensly! So many things I have been eating wrong, are things that I've been eating due to pulled teeth and the innability to eat right for 3 1/2 weeks now!I am going to immediately stop eating those things and see if I can stop this Gout on my own.
I'ved had to be on antibiotics for weeks due to infected pulled teeth sites and this could be irritation my Gout also I read!My pulled teeth sites infected, and for over three weeks I've been on clindamycin!I've had no choice in that matter though. I may try a different antibiotic and see if that helps!

I Love your site and depend on it often; even being an R.N.
Thanks for your help.
