How You Can Stop The Gout Effect By Removing The Cause

The gout effect has been around for thousands of years, but not until the late 18th century did scientists begin to uncover its hidden secrets.

Then, somewhere in the 19th century was uric acid found in the blood and the gout crystals detected in the joints of people.

Soon the connection was made between gout pain and the foods that cause gout attacks, food found to be high in a nasty little protein called a “purine.”

Later in the 20th century, experts found that uric acid poisoning and gouty arthritis can have different causes. Gradually, we understood the whole purine and uric acid process much better. One researcher even discovered a certain enzyme deficiency could trigger a rare type of gout.

You can live for decades with high levels of gout causing uric acid and never come down with a gout attack. Then one day, out of the blue, the first of many gout attacks occurs, which ultimately will lead to crippling gouty arthritis once the uric acid crystallizes in your joint spaces.

At first, gout pain doesn’t last long but then the gout attacks become more frequent while simultaneously increasing in intensity.

This all leads to chronic tophaceous gouty arthritis . . .

Here’s the 3-step gout process:

  • Increased blood levels of uric acid
  • Formation of gout crystals
  • Inflammation and gouty arthritis

IF man had this one enzyme called “uricase,” he could eat gout foods and they wouldn’t cause him to suffer the violent internal damage that eating gout foods trigger. But, man lacks this uric acid dissolving enzyme.

Bottom line is don’t eat pork, seafood and organ meats if you can help it and avoid refined sugars and any acid forming food as well.

Here are some other factors that may increase uric acid build-up:

  • Poor kidney function
  • Dehydration
  • Pharmaceuticals
  • Lactic acid
  • Starvation diets
  • Essential hypertension
  • Lead poisoning
  • Obesity
  • Alcohol
  • Heart disease
  • Diabetes
  • Kidney stones

All of these conditions can be avoided by learning what kind of water and which foods promote an “alkalized environment.” Being slightly alkaline is the secret of long life and wellness. To be alkaline means having a non-acidic state of balance that maintains a high level of oxygen and “ionic” minerals.

Switching to an 80% plant-based diet and using ocean minerals in your drinking water is a great way to go if you want to avoid gout pain, gout attacks and the formation of gouty arthritis.

What Causes Gouty Arthritis?

Gouty arthritis attacks more men than women, though women usually come down with gout only after menopause.

Gout develops from a build-up of uric acid in the blood, eventually concentrating in the joints. Once in the joints, the uric acid solidifies into what’s called gout crystals. Under a microscope you can see these hardened crystals are like needles. these sharp needles are what make gout attacks so excruciatingly painful.

Most gout symptom attacks are sudden and give no clue or warning, also called acute gout pain. Normally gout attacks the feet, ankles, knees and sometimes the hands and wrists.

The most commonplace gout pain attacks are in the big toe.

Sometimes the infected area may be diagnosed as a form of bursitis.

Actually, the gout causes the bursitis, which is an inflammation that spreads to the fluid sacs, which normally act as cushions in the elbow and knee.

These gout crystals come from an acidic state that overwhelms the kidneys. You can have a dangerous build-up of acidic waste and never get gout. However, an acidic body will eventually trigger chronic inflammation, the major cause of degenerative and age-related diseases.

Here are some factors that can trigger uric acid build-up:

  • Obesity
  • Alcohol consumption
  • Seafood, pork and meat organs
  • Under-nutrition
  • Aspirin use
  • Niacin use
  • Diuretic medicines
  • Immune suppressants
  • Dehydration
  • High blood pressure
  • Lead poisoning
  • Hypothyroidism
  • Kidney failure
  • Psoriasis
  • Tumors

Ignoring your gout symptoms is the most dangerous thing you can do.

An acidic environment can lead to all kinds of health problems, so rather than popping pills that burden your kidneys more and cause an even higher level of acid in your body, its best you seek a natural, proven remedy, such as eating foods that neutralize acid. These are called alkalizing foods, which are just about anything that’s green.

Eating raw vegetables and drinking naturally alkaline water are the fastest way to cleanse your body of uric acid and stop gout pain.

Remember, your looking for a cure. If you think treating gout symptoms will help, you’ll find your gout attacks coming back with a vengeance.

Be careful!

Get Your Gout Out!

Gouty arthritis and gout pain is caused from eating foods that cause an acidic environment. All the tissues in your body thrive off foods that create an alkaline environment, the opposite of acid.

As long as you avoid gout-causing foods, get at least a mild level of exercise and drink the right kind of water, then you’ll never need to worry about gout.

It may help you to have a better understanding of how bad an acidic environment really is. Acid is what your body normally works around-the-clock to eliminate.

The only thing that should be acidic is your digestive juices and your body waste.

Having an acidic body means your cells are being exposed to toxic waste, which deprives them of oxygen and vital nutrients.

Leading doctors know normal cells will transform into cancer cells if left in an acidic environment long enough. Gout crystals also grow rapidly in this oxygen deprived state. These gout crystals look like microscopic needles that spread through joint tissue destroying nerves, cartilage and flesh.

One of the fastest ways to eliminate gout crystals and the crippling gout pain that accompanies them is to drink plenty of naturally alkaline water.

The best way I have found to create this correct type of water is to steep your water with coral minerals or add small amounts of Himalayan or Celtic sea salt.

Your body fluids and tissues, including your bone and blood, are made of the same “ionically” charged minerals found in the sea. Eating plenty of organically grown raw land and sea vegetables will also help oxygenate and alkalize your body.

Without the right “ionic” trace minerals from water and plants, your cells can’t even absorb nutrients. Gout inflammation is basically caused from your cells malfunctioning due to a lack of natural minerals, nutrients and their cofactors resulting in gout crystals.

Dehydration is the quickest way to turn gout pain back on.

Without water that’s chocked full of alkaline minerals, your body is quickly reduced to ash. In fact, should all the water be extracted from your cells, nothing would be left but a small pile of acidic ash.

You can get your gout out by simply reconnecting with your natural environment.

How Can You Go Beyond Your Gout Symptoms?

You already know treating your gout symptoms will never cure your gout pain. You can put new putty on your leaking ceiling everyday and you’ll never cure the leaking. To fix the leak completely, you’ll have to address the actual cause of the water getting in through the roof.

Treating your gout symptoms with pain pills is the same as putting your finger in a bursting dam: the cause of the inflammation problem plaguing you still remains unaddressed.

goIt should bother you that you’re ignoring the real cause of your gout. If someone told you no one knows the cause of gout pain and its symptoms, then you better go find out for yourself, start asking around and look into matters yourself.

You’re not paying your doctor or pharmacist to cure your gout, they’re too busy treating their other patients’ symptoms and practicing medicine. Besides, you couldn’t afford to hire a medical investigator fulltime, let alone a doctor, to research the cure for your gout.

Bottom line is you have to want to look into finding a remedy for your own gout; no one else is going to do it for you.

I take that back, it has already been done for you; you simply need a stronger desire to find it out for yourself. The natural remedies have been around since the invention of gout thousands of years ago.

They used to call gout pain “The King’s Disease” because only kings eat enough of the gout foods to get gout inflammation and gouty arthritis.

However, in today’s world everyone and their uncle seem to be at risk at getting painful gout attacks. The processed foods high in saturated fats, refined salts and the extremely high animal protein diets Americans enjoy set the stage for a modern gout tragedy.

The causes of gout pain are from eating too many acid forming food products like pork, sugar and refined salts. Our fast food society is basically a recipe for the ultimate gout symptom diet plan.

I guess we could call the Standard American Diet (SAD), The Standard Gout Diet if it would help increase knowledge about the cause of gout inflammation.

Gout Symptoms And Causes

Gout Symptoms are Cured

Gout Symptoms are Cured

Over the years, I have helped hundreds of people just like you who’ve struggled with the symptoms of gout pain and inflammation.

As you may already know, the only chance you have at curing gout symptoms is to know the cause of your gout.

Too many people get fooled into serving the symptoms of their gout pain and inflammation with drugs and never even consider the cause of their gout pain.

Your health is really a choice. But, like I’ve said before, if you don’t even know the cause of your gout symptoms, then it isn’t your fault you’re still in pain. So, today I would like to share with you important information that can help you cure yourself of your gout symptoms.

IF you want to know how to take back control of your health, then you’ll need to learn how to “create your own healing experience.”

Fact is your gout symptoms are proof your healing process is in working order.

Most people don’t know that inflammation is a vital part of healing. The trick is to jump in and begin helping your body stop the cause of the gout symptoms. The only way to be able to do that is to know what’s causing your gout symptoms.

It’s shocking how many people fall for the persuasive advertising of drug companies that “suggest” there is no cure for your gout symptoms — as if your gout symptoms are some kind of drug deficiency.

Let’s get real!

When you look at the truth about gout symptoms in the light, the truth of gout pain soaks in more easily. You have every reason to believe that your gout symptoms of pain and inflammation can be stopped, naturally.

You want to stop your gout symptoms before you can reverse the crippling tissue damage from the gout crystals. It’s okay to take a few pain pills to block your gout symptoms, as long as you keep in mind that popping powerful pain-blocking chemicals isn’t the same as “curing the cause” of your painful gout symptoms.

The truth is your symptoms of gout are your body’s normal healing response. The process of inflammation brings oxygen, nutrients and other protective factors to the areas gout is attacking.

If you stop the inflammation without removing the cause of your gout in the first place, then you’ve basically helped gout destroy your body.

Your only defense against the destructive symptoms of gout is to help your body’s inflammation process by eliminating everything you consume that has purines, sugar or acid causing factors in it.

Then you can cure and replace all those gout causing factors with alkaline creating foods, minerals and water. This will remove the cause of your gout symptoms.
