Natural Gout Treatment - Unlock the Secret to a Gout Cure

You have probably found this website in your search for an effective gout treatment. However, we are offering your more than just a treatment – we will show you how to cure gout completely. While there is no pharmaceutical cure, there is a natural gout cure that just uses a few simple items you probably already have in your kitchen cabinets.

This article will show you how these natural health remedies and a few dietary tips can actually cure gout.

What Causes Gout?

Gout is the result of excess levels of uric acid. This happens when your body does not flush this substance properly. Uric acid comes from the foods you eat. Animal products are rich in purines that are converted into uric acid during digestion.

Under normal circumstances, the body will flush uric acid during urination. Unfortunately, as a result of poor health habits, uric acid will build up. When this happens, crystals are formed from the uric acid, which settle in the joints and cause the pain.

Here are a few tips to help you start your gout treatment tonight.

Effective Gout Treatment to Stop the Pain

The most effective ways to achieve a gout cure involve a collection of remedies and a few simple dietary and lifestyle changes.

Here are 5 simple and effective natural gout remedies.

1. You should begin your treatment by adding a supplement of 350mg of vitamin B complex. This will help the body break uric acid down into its harmless components.

2. A supplement of fish oil is also very helpful as it will alleviate inflammation in the joints and ease the pain.

3. Eat a cup of blueberries every day. These berries are rich in anthocyanins, which are a natural anti-inflammatory remedy.

4. Eat grapes. Grapes have high levels of alkaline and will lower the acidity of uric acid.

5. Alfalfa is another remedy that has been shown to be very effective at neutralizing uric acid.

Natural Gout Remedies – Stop Gout Pain in Days

Gout is actually a form of arthritis. If you’re one of the unlucky ones who have experienced a gout attack, you know it is one of the most intense pains associated with arthritis. Whether you’ve endured the pain of gout for years or are suffering your first gout attack, you need to know that natural gout remedies can give you relief from gout pain in just minutes.

You can actually cure gout in just a few days by following a natural gout treatment. The flip side of the coin is that gout is an ailment that is highly medicated. This means that if you go to your doctor with gout symptoms, he/she won’t hesitate to prescribe medications. The list of side effects from these medications is long…not to mention the outrageous expense. On the other hand, natural gout remedies are safe, effective and affordable.

If you want a quick and affordable solution to cure gout, start with these 5 natural gout remedies.

Cure Gout with Our Top 5 List

1. Drink water – at least 10 – 12 eight ounce glasses every day. Most people do not drink enough water, yet it is one of the best and easiest ways to flush toxins and impurities from your body. Here’s an even better tip – try drinking alkaline water with a pH greater than 7 for a natural gout treatment.

2. Stick to a low purine diet. Gout is caused by uric acid, which is formed during the breakdown of purines. Diets high in purines result in high levels of uric acid in your body. Avoid high purine foods such as red meat, pork, bacon, lamb and seafood. Also avoid food and drink made with yeast, such as beer, alcohol and bread.

3. Eat fruit – especially strawberries, blueberries and grapes. These fruits help to flush the uric acid from your body and give you nutrients necessary to cure gout.

4. Vitamin C will also help lower uric acid levels. Depending on the severity and frequency of your gout attacks, take between 1,000 and 3,000mg of a Vitamin C supplement per day.

5. Don’t forget to breathe! Proper oxygenation is important to circulation. Poor circulation leads to arthritis and gout is a form of arthritis. Most people only receive about 80% of the oxygen that the body needs. Practice proper breathing techniques 10-15 minutes a day.

What Are Gout Foods?

Sardines are Purine Rich Foods

Gout has been called “The Disease of Kings” because as you may or may not know, kings generally eat loads of rich, exotic and strange foods. The peasants on the other hand usually stick to the ordinary, common foods and tend not to over indulge . . . for economic reasons I’m sure, and they are healthier for it.

Today we know purine-rich foods along with a high intake of animal proteins in the diet increase the risk of gout. People that suffer from gout usually understand that it is affected mostly by their diet, but may not know exactly which foods are triggering their gout pain.

There have recently been studies done at various medical institutions in Boston, Massachusetts, including Harvard Medical School that have suggested a few interesting points about gout. They concluded that high levels of consumption of meat and seafood are definitely associated with the onset of gout.

But interestingly enough, they also found that a high consumption of dairy products helped decrease the risk. Also they noted, that eating purine-rich vegetables or meat in moderation is not associated with an increase in gout.

That says a lot for moderation in my book. However if you already suffer from gout attacks and gout pain, it would be a good idea to cut out all these gout foods for awhile . . . it’s up to you.

Here are a couple of gout food lists for you to consider NOT eating:

Got Gout? Then Salt It Out!

organic salt

As you read every word of this article, you will discover that you have been the victim of one of the greatest lies ever told to the American public. Chances are you or someone you love is suffering needlessly from the excruciating, crippling pain and swelling of a metabolic imbalance called gout. Well, it’s time you found an answer . . .

In the US the prevalence of gout attacks is rising especially for those over the age of 65. Lifestyle modifications that help reduce incidents of gout also work for the prevention of insulin resistance (Prediabetes), high cholesterol, atherosclerosis, hypertension and alcoholic
liver disease.

The good news is by simply eliminating mineral blocking foods and pharmaceuticals, adjusting your diet to include purine-rich vegetables and substituting table salt with high quality natural grey sea salt you can control your gout. Read on!

Take this a step further by only consuming alcohol, seafood and red meat in moderation and you can eliminate gout forever.

Besides being told to take pain pills, Non Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDS) and eliminate gout foods there really isn’t much else mainstream medicine will recommend. Fact is if that worked prevalence of gout would be going down instead of up and you wouldn’t be here reading my article.

A new study in the New England Journal of Medicine revealed a high intake of Purine-rich vegetables, such as peas, beans, mushrooms, cauliflower, asparagus and spinach did not lead to an increased risk of gout. Because these high protein vegetables are rich in magnesium and other vital minerals salts they also help eliminate toxins that cause inflammation.

The good news is you don’t have to eliminate gout foods, but simply eat less of them and substitute a few other nutrient rich food sources. Your body has an “inner intelligence” and given the right stuff is able to cure your gout pain and prevent the painful swelling.

So what causes the pain?

The build up of acidic waste (uric acid) harden into sharp, needle shaped crystals that trigger your gout pain attacks. These sharp needles work their way between your joint spaces and eventually do damage to your nerves, tissues and cartilage.

The reason for the build up isn’t only from the gout food you eat; it is also because your liver and kidneys are not flushing the acid waste out normally.

So what can you do?

Fact: table salt can weaken your kidneys, liver and over all metabolism. However a lack of sodium, chloride and other trace minerals are necessary at the same time . . . so why the confusion?

For more than 40 years Americans have been lied to about their diets, their body’s healing ability and the role of real medicine. Today I want to cover all three by clearing up the confusion on one important point.

SALT!

The current medical belief is that your body can function on NO salt at all, or on a restricted salt intake, causes more problems that it claims to solve. You can't function without salt.

•    You can't digest food without salt.
•    Your heart can't function.
•    Your adrenal glands can't function.
•    Your liver can't function.
•    Your kidneys can't function.

The chemical requirements of the human body demand that the salt levels in the blood be kept consistent. Without salt, there is no longer any exchange between the sodium on the outside of the cell, and the potassium on the inside, which means you die!

Salt is a metabolic energizer!

However, isolated, demineralised, refined table salt has been processed to the point that it is a dead chemical. In fact the sodium chloride in table salt accumulates inside your body causing inflammation, water retention and toxic build up of animal proteins . . . are you seeing the picture yet?

Let me take you a little further so you have no doubt about this.

There is good salt which you need to stay alive and there is bad salt which only does you harm.

For example very cell in your body is bathed in a clear, mineral rich extracellular fluid. The amniotic fluid that surrounds the fetus in the womb is made from good salt. The closest fluid found in nature is sea water. We even find salt in our blood, sweat and bones making it easy to see why pure mineral rich salt is essential for good health.

Refined salt is chemically cleaned and blasted with heat, changing its molecular structure . . . all you are left with is Sodium Chloride without the life force of the essential minerals and trace elements. Plus other additives such as dextrose and bleaching agents are then mixed in, creating an adulterated version of the once living substance.

In fact your body loses energy just trying to use refined salt, disrupting your whole metabolism including fluid balance and elimination systems. In other words table salt makes it difficult, if not impossible for your body to eliminate the uric acid that causes your gout attacks . . .

Here’s the clincher: Natural grey sea salt will actually eliminate the poisonous table salt chemicals from your body. That’s right you can simply take delicious, life giving natural salt to get rid of the main cause of your gout pain.

But wait there’s more!

Natural Salt Promotes the Excretion of Animal Proteins

A further study showed some interesting results. All subjects in this study drank one-teaspoon of natural unrefined salt daily. After four weeks, the “protein excretion” in the urine significantly increased for eighty percent of the one-hundred-twenty-three subjects. This shows that the ionic energy of the natural salt has a natural antagonism towards the gout triggering proteins and supports the elimination of animal proteins that are so difficult to break down.

Here are 7 benefits of natural grey sea salt:
1.    Helps to balance blood sugar levels that cause inflammation.
2.    Helps maintain overall energy levels.
3.    Helps sodium regulate your metabolism with 84 minerals.
4.    Helps remove acidity from your cells and is a strong alkalizer.
5.    Helps your body absorb nutrients.
6.    Helps your liver, kidneys and adrenal glands to function properly.
7.    Helps maintain the electrolyte balance inside and outside of cells and helps the cells communicate and function properly.

I hope you forgive me for being so lengthy, but as you can see this topic deserves more attention.

Live well,

Martin Jacobse
